Now we’ve managed to capture and preserve that intense flavor. The result is the very finest porcini mushroom powder. Through gentle drying and grinding, we’ve created an essence of intense mushroom flavor that’s truly unmatched. Made exclusively from 100% porcini mushrooms, this mushroom seasoning is of the very finest quality!

Simply add a pinch of 100% Porcini Mushroom Powder from “allerfeinst” to your dish and cook briefly. This allows the flavor to develop fully. Then season to taste.

Perfect for soups, mushroom sauce, porcini mushrooms in crème fraîche, white beech mushrooms, champignons à la crème, gnocchi with creamy porcini mushrooms, and much more.
