Good meat needs good seasoning. Without a lot of frills.

We have put this into practice with our very finest steak pepper.

Only the best ingredients go into the bag and then onto a delicious steak.

But our steak pepper doesn't just cut a fine figure on meat. It can be used to make a nice peppery dip as well as salad dressings, rubs or marinades.

The moderately peppery spiciness enhances all kinds of dishes. Steak pepper from allerFeist! is a real all-rounder in any kitchen.

• For meat: sprinkle over the meat either before or after frying/grilling.
• For dips: Stir 1-2 teaspoons into a Greek yoghurt, for example (tip: add a teaspoon of premium bruschetta spice preparation from allerFeinst! and leave to infuse for 20 minutes).
• For steak butter: Simply mix some allerFeinst! Steak pepper with soft butter.

Ingredients required for a delicious barbecue butter:

• 400g H cream (min. 30% fat)
• 2 tsp allerFeinst! steak pepper
• 1/4 TK salt
• 1 tsp mustard (medium hot)
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp fresh chives (finely chopped)

1. Beat 400g H-cream with a mixer until butter forms.
2. Then briefly rinse the butter under water to wash off the remaining buttermilk/whey.
3. Then mix the butter with a little mustard, allerFeinst! steak pepper, salt, chives and lemon juice.
4. Form the finished grill butter into a roll with cling film and leave to set in the fridge.
