INSTEAD OF SALT—SEASON INSTEAD OF SALTING

A hearty flavor doesn't necessarily require extra salt.

allerFeinst! INSTEAD OF SALT was developed as a versatile spice blend for everyday cooking. The balanced combination of onion, paprika, garlic, tomato, lovage, celery, blue fenugreek, black pepper, mustard flour, nutmeg, and smoke flavoring adds robust flavor and aromatic depth to your food—without added salt.

One blend—countless possibilities

STATT SALZ works wherever you want a hearty flavor:
pan-fried potatoes, potato wedges, and french fries; meat and poultry; ground meat and meatballs; grilled and roasted vegetables; eggs and scrambled eggs; as well as soups, stews, sauces, and much more.
Simply sprinkle it in while cooking or directly over the finished dish, and adjust the amount to your personal taste.

Why STATT SALZ?
Instead of relying mainly on salt for flavor, this blend features a combination of aromatic vegetables and spices. Onion and garlic provide the hearty base, tomato and paprika add richness, lovage, celery, and blue fenugreek bring intense flavor, while pepper, mustard, and nutmeg round out the flavor profile.

The result: FULL FLAVOR. NO ADDED SALT.

Ideal for anyone who wants to be more mindful about salt intake without sacrificing bold flavor.
