Extracted from the pure tears (resin) of the mastic tree (Pistacia lentiscus var. Chia) from the Greek island of Chios, our product offers an authentic taste experience.

Mastic tears, also known as “mastiha,” have been prized for centuries for their versatile uses and unique flavor, including as a flavoring agent. Whether for baking, cooking, or as an addition to beverages, mastic tears give your creations that characteristic, slightly sweet, woody, and fruity flavor.

Mastic tears add an authentic touch, especially to Greek specialties such as traditional Easter bread. Their subtle aroma gives the baked goods a unique flavor dimension that is typical of traditional Greek cuisine.
